What is a skill?
A skill is a folder of instructions, scripts and resources that an AI agent loads when it needs to do a specialised task. It teaches the agent how to do that task the same way every time.

Before you install anything: a skill or plugin can contain instructions and scripts your agent will follow. Read it first, and only use ones you trust. Anthropic's own plugin directory says the same. We list these because of their license, their activity and what they do. We did not audit their code.
